This is an Ina Garten recipe from a cookbook that my mom has had for ages. This is how she usually makes asparagus. Anything with cheese goes over well with my family!
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus, bottom half inch trimmed off
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Sartori Parmesan, grated
Preparation:
1. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for the last minute or so.
