These pork chops are a go to weeknight dinner. They marinate in about an hour and are great with a foil packet of veggies on the grill. I typically buy pork chops on sale and freeze them in 2-packs. I usually buy whatever vegetables are on sale that week and toss them with a little olive oil, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and pepper. Makes for an easy and healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
2 pork chops (bone in or boneless, either works)
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix BBQ suace, honey, mustard, olive oil, chili garlic paste, garlic, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
2. Place pork chops in a quart sized Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over pork chops. Coat pork chops well in marinade. Refrigerate for at least an hour, up to overnight.
3. Heat grill to medium heat.
