Baking Christmas cookies is one of my favorite Christmas traditions. I baked 12 different varieties that cover my favorite cookies and include all sorts of different ingredients. I baked about 280 cookies this year that I bagged up and gave out to family, friends, and coworkers. Cookies freeze extremely well, so my freezer has been extremely full of cookies the last few weeks. The Chocolate Peppermint Patty Cookies and Pecan Pie Cookies seem to be this years favorites!
