I make this as a vegetable side for several dinners. This can be made on the stove or grilled in foil. This is a super easy, healthy side to weeknight dinners. It goes well with any protein.
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli, cut into bite size stalks
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes, until broccoli is soft.
2. Drain water.
Note: If grilled, do not add water.
