Burrata is one of my sister's current favorite foods. I like it on its own, but its great with some accompaniments. I grilled some favorite summer fruit and watered down a blueberry greek yogurt to make a sauce. This was a hit with the group over 4th of July weekend up at the lake!
Ingredients:
2 containers burrata
1/4 watermelon, cut into slices
1 pineapple, cored and cut into large strips
1 blueberry greek yogurt
2 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons lime juice
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Cut watermelon and pineapple. Heat grill to medium heat. Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
2. While fruit is cooking, remove burrata from containers and make sauce.
3. To make sauce, mix greek yogurt, milk, lime juice, and powdered sugar.
4. Serve fruit warm with burrata and sauce.
