I made this for dinner with some Grilled Corn Salad this week. It was fantastic! The flavors go very well together. I really enjoyed this dinner. I cut up the leftover chicken and had it on salads with the grilled corn, which was delicious.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
6-8 skewers
Preparation:
1. Soak skewers in warm water for at least 5 minutes.
2. Heat grill over medium heat.
3. Cut chicken into long strips. Thread onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Make glaze by mixing ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Set aside.
5. Grill chicken for about 8 minutes total, flipping once or twice.
6. Glaze chicken with ketchup mixture for last 2 minutes on the grill.
