I was actually home on a Sunday for once and had time to grocery shop and prep food ahead of time for the week, which was awesome! I had time to make a treat for work as well, so I made Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownie Bars. I prepped pulled chicken for the tacos and taquitos in anticipation of a crazy week at work. I had pineapple cut up for lunches and pizza. Weeknight dinners were a breeze and lunches were great!
