January has been a busy month for me. I've been working long hours and have upped my workouts to a full hour of cardio 5 times a week plus 2 days of heavy strength training. That half marathon I have my sights set on is slowly but surely become an attainable goal instead of a distant dream. Those nights when I've had a long day at work, but I still force myself to go to the gym have resulted in some pretty awesome personal records! I've had to cut down on the amount of time I have to cook, which is slightly disappointing. It is my friend Sadie's birthday this week, so I made her a White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake. Been quite a while since I've made that, so very much so looking forward to that!
