Happy New Year! We rung in the start of 2016 with my sister's 21st birthday and mojitos. I took a week off of work to spend the holidays with my family and to go on a ski trip in Utah, which was great. We had a wonderful time out west skiing and dog sledding. Now, it's back to work. I have a busy week ahead and plan on make-ahead lunches and quick, easy dinners.
