We had a great, fun 4th of July weekend up at the lake house with tons of wonderful food. I made Goat Cheese Guacamole Burgers, Cherry-Pineapple Fruit Salad, Mango-Mustard Beef Shish Kabobs, White Chocolate Berry Cheesecake, and Eggs Benedict. My sister recently went gluten free, so I had to make some modifications to make the menu amenable to her. With the weather so nice, I planned more grilled food for the week ahead.
