Hard to believe it's almost Thanksgiving already! We got quite a bit of snow in Chicago over the weekend, which is incredibly rare for this time of year. I have a short week at work, followed by Thanksgiving with my family. I put together the meal plan, which I posted below. My sister requested some gluten free Cornbread Muffins, so I will be working on those this week. I will also be doing a gluten free version of the Cranberry Apple Pie.
