These baked green beans pack a ton of flavor. These make a great side dish to grilled meat for dinner!
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper
1/3 cup tahini
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 cup cilantro
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat mat.
2. Spread green beans out on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake green beans for 15 minutes.
4. Spread tahini on a platter. Place roasted green beans on top of the tahini. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
