Roy's is a hawaiian fusion restaurant that I first ate at in Hawaii, then later several times near my parent's condo in Naples. The edamame that Roy's serves prior to every meal is just fantastic. My parents got my sister and I to eat it, us silly kids not realizing that we were in fact eating healthy soy beans. This is the closest I've been able to come to replicating the taste of Roy's edamame. I love to make these with some grilled chicken or fish for a healthy dinner.
