I made these on Thanksgiving this year. As far as vegetables go, my sister will get asparagus and green beans. We had asparagus for dinner on a different night this week, so green beans were the plan for Thanksgiving. My parents have a vegetable steamer, which is nice to use. These can also be made in foil on the grill.
Ingredients:
1 pound green beans
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
1. Wash and cut off ends of green beans.
2. In a steamer, place dill in herb pocket. Fill steamer with water.
3. Turn steamer on and cook for 14-26 minutes, until tender.
