I am moving in 3 weeks and am trying to use up as many of the items in my pantry as possible. I'm not entirely sure why I ever bought a bottle of chili sauce, but it needed to get used up. This is very easy chicken to make for a lot of flavor. I wanted to grill the chicken, but I was out of propane. I baked it and the chicken still tasted great. I made Roasted Eggplant as well to go with the chicken.
