These burritos are amazing for work lunches. Every time I bring them to work I get asked about them. They taste amazing and are healthy. I usually make several of these at once and freeze them to speed up packing lunches during busy weeks.
Ingredients:
Filling from Chicken and Rice Stuffed Peppers
12 tortillas (less if you are using leftover filling)
Preparation:
1. Place 1/2 cup of filling in the center of each tortilla.
2. Roll up as a burrito.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few days or freeze for up to 3 months.
