It's not even Thanksgiving, but we just got 8 inches of snow. Something isn't right about that. With all the snow, I spent the day at home cleaning and of course making something tasty! I saw a recipe for these in a Rachael Ray magazine recently and had they have been on my wish list. Finally had some time to make them!
Ingredients:
3 cups corn flakes
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sprinkles
Preparation:
1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate in microwave at 50% power. Stir every 30-45 seconds until melted.
3. Pour chocolate over cornflakes and stir until corn flakes are covered.
4. Spoon onto baking sheets. Top with sprinkles.
5. Chill in the refrigerator until set (about a half hour).
