This has been a fall favorite treat after apple picking. These are great as a simple dessert. I like to serve these warm over vanilla ice cream that is drizzled with caramel.
Ingredients:
2 medium apples, cored and cut into rings
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt.
2. Add apple rings and coat with butter.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cook until apples soften.
