I make homemade garlic bread with Spaghetti, Chicken Parmesan, and Sausage and Tomato Pasta. This is quick and easy to do and makes an unhealthy side much healthier than the frozen garlic bread options.
Ingredients:
1 French baguette or loaf
5 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons garlic powder
Preparation:
1. Cut baguette in half lengthwise.
2. Pour melted butter over inside of baguette halves. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
3. Put baguette back together and cut into servings.
4. Place loaf on a large sheet of foil and wrap, coving all of bread.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. If you'd like to make it cheesy, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for a couple more minutes.
