This was a great breakfast fruit salad to have for friends and family over the 4th of July. The fruit went nicely with Breakfast Potatoes, eggs, and bacon.
Ingredients:
2 yellow kiwis, peeled and sliced in pieces
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup pineapple, cut into pieces
Preparation:
1. Wash all fruit.
2. Layer in a bowl.
