I love all the fresh fruit in the summers. I went for quick and easy dinners this week, with the holiday weekend coming up, I also used up food I had in the fridge and ate up the fruit I had in the fruit bowl.

Lunch:
Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Berries, and Candied Pecans
Fruit: bananas, pineapple, kiwi, peaches
Dinner:
Turkey Tostadas
Blackened Chicken with Cilantro-Lime Quinoa
Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice
Cranberry Apple Chicken with buttered pasta
