I am always looking for new mashed potato recipes. This is a great white cheddar, cheesy mashed potato. I made this to go with our Christmas Eve dinner, and they tasted great!
Ingredients:
2 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Sartori Montamore
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. Boil a medium pot of water over medium heat. Boil potato cubes for 15 minutes or so, until tender.
2. Drain water and add milk and butter to potatoes. Mash potatoes.
3. Add spices and mix well.
4. Stir in cheese.
