With some friends coming over for dinner, I wanted to try out a new, simple chicken recipe. I was planning on making Cider Roasted Root Vegetables and thought this chicken would go well with the vegetables. This chicken turned out wonderfully, and I'll be making this one more regularly.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
Preparation:
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Stir together brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and rosemary in a small bowl.
3. Grill chicken over medium heat, for a total of 17-20 minutes. When flipping chicken, brush chicken with balsamic glaze.
