I first had this at a neighborhood cookout. It had been years since I had had it, but it's just as good as I remember. This was a big hit at a get together with my friends.
Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise (olive-oil based)
1/3 cup sour cream
1 package dry ranch dip
1 package cream cheese (8 ounces), softened
1 bag (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag shredded carrots
1 cup broccoli, divided
1 cup cauliflower, divided
Preparation:
1. Spread crescent rolls on a large cookie sheet. Do not line cookie sheets with wax paper, as crescent rolls will stick. Bake 12-15 minutes as directed on package. Let cool.
2. Mix mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dip in bowl with a hand mixer.
3. Spread mixture over crescent rolls.
4. Blend 1/2 cup broccoli and 1/2 cup cauliflower in food processor.
5. Spread mixture on pizza.
6. Top mixture with cheese, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. Refrigerate until served.
