Grilled burgers at home are a household favorite, but this absolutely delicious burger is my favorite. I love the Goat Cheese Guacamole, and the magical idea of putting the Goat Cheese Guacamole on a burger changed my life. I dipped my burger in a little BBQ sauce. I made some crostinis topped with the rest of the guacamole.

Makes 4 burgers.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, formed into burger patties
Seasoning: pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper
Goat Cheese Guacamole
8 strips bacon, cooked
4 buns
Preparation:
1. Heat grill to medium heat. Season burger patties with pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
2. Make goat cheese guacamole.
3. Cook burgers for 5 minutes. Flip. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
4. Top burgers with goat cheese guacamole and cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Remove burgers from grill.
5. Place burgers on buns and top with bacon.
