Meal planning has saved me so much money over the past few years. By planning out ahead of time what I'm going to cook for dinner and any baking I'm going to do, I eliminate multiple trips a week to the grocery store and buy exactly what I need. This helps me to virtually eliminate wasting food and saves a ton of money in the process. This just becomes a routine after a while.
