For my annual Christmas cookie baking this year, I baked 12 different types of cookies, for a total of 359 cookies. I typically bake a variety of cookies as a mixture of old favorites and new flavors. This year, I asked several people to rank their favorites by trying all 12 cookies so I could get a better idea of what the favorite cookies were. What were the results? Depends on who you talked to. The ranking were all over the board. Some people prefer chocolate, some people prefer sugar cookies. Some people love mint, other hate nuts. These are the 12 types of cookies I made this year:
